For some reason, people come to the UK to study but with a mindset that the UK does not permit them to stay beyond their studies. The TIER 1 graduate entrepreneur visa – As from the 5 th of July 2019, this would be called the ‘Start up’ visa. The TIER 1 graduate entrepreneur visa scheme is a collaboration between UK Universities and UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). The University is entitled to endorse 20 graduates per year that have a genuine and credible business which would be developed in the UK for a maximum of two years.
